Michael is THE MOST WONDERFUL PERSON and REALTOR!  Five years ago, we were interested in finding a home in a very lucrative part of town; homes went on the market and three days later they were sold! Michael helped us through this very stressful time by always being there for us and helping us move quickly through the process so that we may find and buy a home in this area. Whenever something became available, she let us know immediately! 

She helped us find our home and move in effortlessly.  It seemed she always made us a priority (even though, I know she had other clients).  She also had ready resources for us, so we didn't have to do any additional 'legwork' for getting the home inspected and closed, which was also a HUGE stress-reliever. 

Five years ago, Michael was our REALTOR, and today I am happy to say, she is much more than that.....she is our very close friend!  Michael, I am so glad to know you, you add joy and happiness to my life with your 'always sunny' disposition!

We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to Mrs.  Michael Moore. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael last January. 

The following is our story.

Last December 2008 my husband accepted a promotion within his company.  We were living in Charlotte, North Carolina and the promotion would take us to Kenosha, Wisconsin, a very foreign place to us.  Other than a few business trips to Kenosha and the surrounding areas we knew nothing of the area that was to be our new home. 

We put our home on the market in Charlotte in January of 2009 and we sold it in one day.  The new owners wanted to move in in just under four weeks.  My husband’s company quickly put us in touch with a Realtor in Kenosha.  We immediately made arrangements to fly in for a week to find a home.  Time was of the essence.

It was at this point that our experience went completely downhill.  The Realtor that we were working with was very unprofessional and was not helping us with the quick relocation that we needed.  During our time with her we showed her a home that we had looked at during a prior visit.  This home was for sale by owner.  We had this Realtor write a contract on this home.  The contract was presented to the home owner’s and was missing several parts.  This along with numerous other shortcomings caused us to terminate our working relationship with this Realtor.  This left us with no house and no Realtor and 3 weeks left.  Only 3 days left in Kenosha.

We phoned our relocation specialist and she put us in touch with Mrs.  Michael Moore.  Michael understood the situation that we were in and she agreed to help us.  She made arrangements to meet us immediately at the home that we liked.  She met us on a Saturday.   Michael knew the time crunch that we were under and she could sense the desperation in our voices. 

She was committed to us, whatever that entailed.  She rewrote our contract over and over, she stayed at her computer for hours just waiting for correspondence and she represented us in every aspect while we traveled back and forth from North Carolina and Kenosha.  Because we had found the home initially without a Realtor Michael’s commission was basically non-existent.  The amount of time that Michael dedicated to us getting the home that we wanted was enormous.  We cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us.

Mrs. Michael Moore is a fabulous person and a top notch Realtor.  We would recommend her to anyone that was buying or selling a home.  We will never forget her and we thank her so much for helping us when we needed it the most.  She is the best.

Dear Michael,

Thank you, thank you for inviting us to the Sheryl Crow concert. It was great to meet Sandy after hearing so much about him. Eric and I really enjoyed ourselves. We met several people that I believe we will keep in touch with. Our only regret is we had to get us so early the next morning for work that we could not stay and hang out.

It is great to call you not only "our Realtor" but our friend. Thank you Michael.
